This Refund Policy explains the rules for refunds on AQChess for digital chess course purchases. By purchasing a course on AQChess, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Digital Products

All courses sold on AQChess are digital products. Because digital content can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final unless otherwise required by law.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only in the following situations:

  • You were charged more than once for the same course
  • You were charged but did not receive access due to a technical issue
  • The purchase was unauthorized, subject to verification
  • AQChess determines that a refund is appropriate in a particular case
