AQChess sells digital products and services, including chess courses, puzzle materials, training content, and related digital resources. Product details and pricing are shown on the relevant page before checkout.

All products sold through AQChess are digital unless clearly stated otherwise.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but price changes will not affect an order once payment has been successfully completed.

We currently accept payments through PayPal.

By completing a purchase, you agree that your payment will be processed by PayPal according to PayPal’s terms, policies, and technical procedures. AQChess does not directly store your full payment card number or full financial account credentials.

After successful payment, we will provide confirmation on the website, by email, through your AQChess account, or through another digital delivery method we use.

Access to purchased digital products is usually provided shortly after successful payment, but delivery times may vary due to technical issues, payment review, or account verification.

6. Failed, Reversed, or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined, reversed, charged back, disputed, or otherwise fails, we may:

  • refuse or cancel the order
  • delay or remove access to the purchased digital product
  • request additional verification before restoring access

7. Taxes and Fees

Any taxes, currency conversion fees, processor fees, or similar charges required by law or applied by PayPal may be added or charged as part of the transaction, depending on your location and payment method.

8. Digital Delivery Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate information, including your email address, PayPal account details, and any account information needed for delivery or access. AQChess is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect customer information.

9. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a payment was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately at support@aqchess.com. We may request additional information to review the transaction and assist with the issue.

10. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Because AQChess sells digital products, some purchases may be non-refundable once access, download, or delivery has been provided, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.
